How do I place an order?
Find the products you like and click on "Add to cart".
Go to the shopping bag by clicking on the BAG icon located in the top right corner of the page, and once there, click "Checkout". Then, fill in your information and click "Pay now".
Can I track my order?
After an order is placed, we will send you an email with the shipping details. This will include a tracking number and link, which will tell you when you can expect the delivery and also give you information on the status of the order.
Why have I not received an order confirmation by email?
Sometimes our emails take a couple of minutes to be sent or sometimes they land in the SPAM folder.
Please check all of your email folders again in 30 minutes - if you still haven't received your confirmation, email email@example.com, and we'll be happy to confirm your order and resend the confirmation email.

Can I change my order?
You can always change your order before you checkout - just go to the shopping bag and you can add or remove items.
If your order has been already checked out, you could contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to change your order before it is shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order is not shipped, you can cancel it anytime by contacting us via email@example.com
However, if your order has already been shipped you'll have to return the products yourself. In that case, please see our return policy for further details.
My address is written incorrectly in the order confirmation - what can I do?
If you have created an account with us you can sign in to change your order details, including your address. Do this as soon as possible or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
I received my package, but my order is incomplete, incorrect, or missing - what do I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, please contact with us via email@example.com and we will help you to solve the problem immediately.
How can I redeem a voucher or discount code?
On the checkout page, there is an option to "Enter Discount Code".Simply enter your voucher or discount code and the amount will be subtracted from your order total.

Which countries do you ship to?
Currently shipping to the United States, Canada, Europe and Australia. Some products are only available in specific regions. Please check the product page for details or contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping in the United States (excluding PO Boxes, Alaska and Hawaii). If you would like expedited shipping, we have 2-Day and Next Day shipping options available at additional rates. Please note expedited deliveries do not deliver on weekends and holidays.
If you are located in Europe, Canada or Australia, We offer free standard shipping with a purchase of $99.
How long does shipping take?
Orders shipped within the Lower 48 states are estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders are estimated to arrive in 1-2 weeks.
*In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. But sometimes the actual delivery date may be affected by external factors such as weather conditions. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
How long does it take for my order to be processed and sent?
Once your payment is verified, we will process and ship your order within 1-2 days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Please allow an additional 2-3 days for any customized orders (i.e. customized size, printing, etc.)
The tracking states that my package has been delivered, but I have not received anything yet. What can I do?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. In this case we recommend you to contact your carrier first and find out what the status of your package is. It could be left with a neighbor or somewhere else.
Please contact with us under email@example.com if the carrier customer service cannot help you and we will open a case as a missing package.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide a 5-year warranty for all products. We warranty each and every Love Story product to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will replace with a new product, at our option, any genuine Love Story product sold by an authorized retailer that is deemed defective. Love Story does not warranty its products against normal wear or misuse. If your Love Story product was damaged due to misuse, our customer service team can analyze the damage and may be able to suggest options for the customer to remedy. If your Love Story product is unable to be repaired after misuse, we will extend a one-time courtesy offer, allowing you the option to purchase a new Love Story product for 50% off of our MSRP price listed on the website, excluding web specials. Warranty claims are not applicable for orders not placed on lovestoryoutdoor.com are eligible for warranty claims. Warranty claims for these can be submitted via their respective websites.
